The kitchen is also located in front of a set of bifold doors, making it an ideal area to enjoy the garden views whilst enjoying breakfast or as an easy alfresco dinning space during the warmer months.
Wet room
Completing the annexe is a sleek and modern wet room, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, making the annexe fully self-contained.

Bespoke garden annexe roof
The annexe features a unique L-shaped design that maximises space and curb appeal. Canadian cedar cladding wraps around the annexes large exterior, which compliments the annexes natural surroundings.
When it comes to customisation the owners of this annexe did not shy away from adding their own touch to things, opting to add a bespoke extended roof height of 3m to the annexes front elevation, that gracefully descends to 2.5 meters towards the back of the space.
This bespoke twist on the annexes roof, not only adds a sense of openness as you enter the annexe but also a touch of elegance to the annexe’s exterior.
Large bifold doors
Additionally, the exterior of this annexe features two sets of large bifold doors. This popular door choice chosen once again by our clients, helps to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
