Clear The Site

We remove any existing outbuildings, sheds, and any other obstacles such as shrubs and plants to fully clear your site and to ensure the team can enter safely to construct your annexe.

Electrical Connection

We offer a fully certified mains connection from your consumer unit within your house to the new consumer unit in your garden annexe. We use armoured cabling, either in a trench with other services, or in most cases, this will be secured to your boundary wall.

Connectivity

If you’re using your annexe as a permanent residence for an elderly parent or an independent young adult, connectivity is a crucial element. We offer hard wired armoured Cat6 cable between your garden annexe and internet router. We also offer hard wired Coax cable to your Sky Dish, or TV aerial.

Water & Soil Pipe Connection

If you’d like your annexe to include a bathroom or kitchen, you’ll need water and waste connections. To make things easier, we offer a full service to ensure everything is connected and ready to use, so you don’t have to worry about co-ordinating or bringing in separate trades.
