Jon - Founder
Jon is the founder of Hawksbeck Annexes and Hawksbeck Garden Rooms, which he launched in 2018 after seeing the growing need for families to create independent yet connected living spaces on their property.
From housing elderly parents with comfort and dignity, to giving young adults their own space while staying close to home, Hawksbeck Annexes provide practical, stylish solutions for modern multigenerational living.
The name Hawksbeck comes from Jon’s first dog’s pedigree name and has since become synonymous with quality, care, and thoughtful design, values Jon is deeply proud of.
His passion for Hawksbeck Annexes is evident in every step of the journey: from the very first conversation with a family, through collaborative design tailored to their unique needs, to overseeing the build and finally handing over a beautiful, fully functioning home.
Ellie – Operations Manager
Ellie brings a wealth of experience in operational management and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every annexe project runs smoothly from initial enquiry to completion. She expertly oversees project timelines, coordinates teams, and optimises workflows, helping to deliver bespoke annexes that meet the unique needs of each family.

Ryan – Project Manager
Ryan brings extensive experience in project management and a genuine passion for creating exceptional living spaces. He plays a pivotal role in guiding each annexe project from initial design to final handover, coordinating every detail to ensure timely completion and impeccable quality.

Dan – Sales Manager
Dan is the first point of contact for families exploring the possibilities of a Hawksbeck annexe. With extensive knowledge of bespoke annexes and a passion for helping families create functional, beautiful spaces, he guides clients through every stage of the process – from initial enquiry to understanding design options and finding the perfect solution for their needs.

Terry – Project Co-Ordinator
With a strong background in construction, Terry brings hands-on expertise to every annexe project, ensuring that each build runs smoothly and efficiently.
He coordinates schedules, liaises with contractors, and monitors progress on-site, making sure that every detail meets Hawksbeck’s exacting standards.
Terry’s practical knowledge and problem-solving skills are invaluable in delivering bespoke annexes that provide families with comfortable, independent living spaces designed to last.
Helen – Marketing Manager
Helen is Hawksbeck’s Marketing Manager and one of the original members of the team, having been there from the very beginning.
She has been instrumental in shaping the brand’s voice and direction, playing a key role in its evolution from a growing business into a recognised luxury name.
With a strong strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail, Helen has consistently ensured that every aspect of the brand reflects its premium positioning, while staying true to its core values and audience.
Rebecca – Assistant Marketing Manager
Rebecca is Hawksbeck’s Assistant Marketing Manager, playing a central role in the day-to-day execution of the brand’s marketing activity.
She manages the website and social media channels, ensuring all content is aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
From organising and supporting shoot days to overseeing creative assets, Rebecca keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes
Dougie – Client Relations
At Hawksbeck Annexes, client satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure an exceptional experience, we’ve appointed Dougie, our dedicated Client Relations, to deliver warmth, friendliness, and positive energy to every interaction.
With an attentive demeanour and boundless enthusiasm, Dougie specialises in greeting clients with genuine cheer and fostering a welcoming environment.
Outside of client engagements, Dougie enjoys sunbathing and exploring the outdoors. His presence not only enhances client interactions but also brings joy and morale to our entire team.
