Our clients approached Hawksbeck Annexes looking to create a self-sufficient garden annexe for their elderly family members.
Their goal was to provide a private yet connected living space that offered independence, comfort and closeness to the main family home.
They selected a cedar-cladded annexe from our Modern range, which includes a spacious kitchen and lounge area, a comfortable master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a welcoming outdoor patio and deck.

Thoughtfully planned to maximise space, light and functionality, this beautifully balanced annexe combines generous open-plan living with a private bedroom retreat. To ensure year-round comfort, an air conditioning unit was installed to maintain a stable indoor climate.
Bifold doors stretch across the front-facing wall, allowing light to pour into the space while creating a seamless connection to the main property and the garden beyond.
