A Flexible Space for Work, Relaxation & Overnight Guests
Designed with versatility in mind, this thoughtfully planned annexe creates a multifunctional space that adapts effortlessly to your lifestyle. At its heart is a spacious lounge, offering a bright and welcoming environment for relaxing, entertaining or spending quality time with family and friends. Large glazed doors fill the room with natural light, enhancing the open and inviting atmosphere.

Cleverly integrated storage and a compact kitchenette ensure everyday convenience, while the flexible layout allows the space to transition seamlessly from daytime workspace to evening retreat. Two pull-out beds offer practical overnight accommodation for guests without compromising the generous living area.
Completing the design is a modern WC with bathing facilities, providing everything needed for comfort and convenience. Contemporary Garden Annexe
This garden annexe spans a generous 34 square metres. With a spacious living area for unwinding and plenty of space to suit various lifestyle needs, this annexe seamlessly blends comfort with functionality.
The composite cladding in dark charcoal adds a sophisticated feel to the annexe, making it a standout feature. Composite cladding is durable and weather-resistant that will look perfect for years to come.
Custom Dual Features
Our client has opted for a spacious, inviting living area in their garden annexe, complete with comfortable sofas and a TV. This adaptable setup allows for a bed to be added whenever guests stay over, transforming the lounge into a cosy guest area.
When unoccupied, it serves as a relaxing space for watching TV and unwinding.
A thoughtful partition separates the living area from the dedicated workout zone, equipped with a treadmill, to maintain a multifunctional yet organised environment. This versatile layout makes the annexe equally suited for daily relaxation and fitness.

Our client chose a kitchen complete with ample cabinet storage, an oven, and all the necessary crockery for an efficient cooking space.

This annexe features its own modern bathroom with a shower, eliminating any bathroom-sharing frustrations. With our full turn-key service, all plumbing, electrics, and waste connections are handled. We want our clients to relax and enjoy their spaces without arranging extra trades.
Aluminium Bifold Doors
Bifold doors are both practical and stylish, making them an excellent choice for a contemporary garden annexe. They create a seamless connection to the garden while flooding the place with natural light.

Bespoke Windows
One of the standout features of this annexe is the addition of an oculus window, placed on the opposite wall to the bifold doors.

With windows on both sides of the room, the space is filled with light from every angle. To brighten the room further, a 1m x 2m glass window has been added.
